Welcome to BCS Delta Force. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our mobile application, courses, videos, study materials, quizzes, mock exams, and related services.

By downloading, registering for, or using BCS Delta Force, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Our Service

BCS Delta Force is an independent educational platform for BCS, government-job, bank-job, and other job-preparation learning.

We provide educational content for learning and practice purposes only. We do not guarantee selection, employment, examination success, marks, rank, or any specific result.

BCS Delta Force is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), the Government of Bangladesh, or any other government recruitment authority.

2. Account Responsibility

You may need to create an account to use certain features.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow others to use your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized access, content sharing, fraud, abusive behavior, or violation of these Terms.

3. Courses and Content

All courses, videos, notes, PDFs, questions, quizzes, mock tests, designs, logos, and other content in BCS Delta Force are owned by or licensed to Nextive Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the content only for your personal learning purposes. You may not copy, record, download without permission, reproduce, publish, sell, share, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from the app without written permission from Nextive Solutions.

4. Paid Courses and Payments

Some courses, subscriptions, or features may require payment.

Payments made inside the Android app are processed through Google Play Billing. Purchase terms, payment methods, and refund processing may also be subject to Google Play policies.

Prices may change at any time. Any price change will not affect a purchase already completed, unless required by law.

Access to paid content is provided after successful payment verification.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Google Play are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• Copy, record, distribute, resell, or publish course content without permission.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or violate the rights of others.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or interfere with the app.

We make reasonable efforts to keep course content accurate and useful. However, exam syllabuses, job circulars, rules, dates, and government information may change.

Users should always verify official notices, circulars, eligibility requirements, and examination information from the relevant official authority. We are not responsible for decisions made based only on information in the app.

We may update, change, add, remove, or discontinue any course, feature, content, or part of the app at any time.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or internet connection.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Nextive Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, BCS Delta Force.

This includes loss caused by service interruption, content errors, exam results, employment outcomes, or decisions made using app content.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create risk or legal liability for us or other users.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be available in the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
